Essence Food Studio is an exciting award winning business that combines cooking demonstrations with live entertainment. At Essence, guests can dine on a beautiful dinner whilst chef Bart Beek demonstrates each course. Wines are served and live music is performed by Alaine Stoka and Robert Sedky.

We also run a unique evening of dining at the Werribee Mansion’s kitchen, followed by the spooky and fun play "What was That?" based on the life of the original owner of the Mansion; the Chirnside.
